This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Math Formula — Offline Guide (package name: com.mathformulas.offline), developed by Mazidul Zaman ("we", "our", or "us").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is handled when you download, install, and use our application.

Summary: We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit any of your personal data. The app is completely offline and private.

2. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

When using Math Formula — Offline Guide:

We do not require you to create an account, register, or log in.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or postal address.
We do not collect precise or approximate geolocation data.
We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or hardware identifiers.
We do not monitor your browsing behavior or app usage metrics.

3. On-Device Local Storage

The application utilizes your device's native local storage (Android SharedPreferences) exclusively to enhance your offline user experience:

Bookmarked Formulas: Formulas you choose to pin for quick revision.
Recently Viewed Formulas: Formula history to allow seamless resuming of study sessions.
Practice & Quiz Progress: Local test scores and question completion states.

Important: All of this data is stored strictly on your local physical device. It is never uploaded to, synchronized with, or accessed by any remote cloud servers. 4. Third-Party Services and Analytics

Our application contains zero third-party tracking or behavioral advertising SDKs.

No third-party analytics (such as Google Firebase Analytics, Flurry, or Mixpanel) are integrated.
No third-party advertising networks (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network) are integrated.
All mathematical expression rendering (LaTeX) and interactive geometric diagrams are processed locally using on-device engines.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Math Formula — Offline Guide is an educational tool designed for students of various educational stages, including elementary, middle, high school, and competitive exam preparation.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
Because no personal data is ever collected or transmitted, children and students can safely use this application without any risk to their privacy.

6. Device Permissions

The application does not request sensitive permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Phone State, or Location. It operates with standard, minimal application permissions required by the Android operating system to display UI and store local preferences.

7. Sharing Feature

If you use the built-in "Share" feature on a formula, the application uses Android's native system share sheet (via SharePlus) to let you send the text representation of the mathematical formula to apps you choose (such as WhatsApp, Notes, or Email). We have no access to the destination apps or recipient information.

8. Security

Because our application does not transmit data over the internet or maintain remote databases, the risk of data compromise, unauthorized server access, or external data interception is eliminated.
